On the bike course you ride 2 loops (a total of 18 km) along Nordre Strandvej. You will meet two U-turns on your way, so remember being attentive.
The run course features two loops of 2 km (4 km total) around Kronborg Castle.

The one-loop 400m swim takes place in the artificial lagoon at Amager Strandpark. The calm waters secures a fast and easy swim and spectators line the shore for support.
The two-loop 18 km bike course takes place on the broad streets of Amager Strandvej. You will meet 4 U-turns along the way, so remember being attentive.
The run course features one-loop 4 km around Amager Strandpark.                   Â
